PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely and efficiently removing hematomas.SOLUTION: For safe and efficient removal of hematomas, a liquid 13 is jetted to a hematoma 24 to soften the hematoma where the liquid was jetted is sucked and removed. The liquid is jetted from a jetting pipe 3 and the hematoma is sucked through a suction pipe, and the jetting pipe is contained in the suction pipe.
