PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable holding of a sucking-up member projecting from a container body and correct setting of the degree of projection by holding the sucking member by a cap body that is swingable and rotatable.
SOLUTION: The sucking member 24 is drawn from the container body 1 storing a liquid in which the lower portion of the member 24 is kept immersed. The sucking member 24 is hooked from the side onto the pair of holding pieces 21 of a holder 17 formed on the underside of the top wall 12 of an opening/closing lid part 11 that is swung to open or close the cap 3. This makes it possible to attach the sucking member 24 to the opening/closing lid part 11 firmly, securely, and easily.
