The present invention relates to an X-ray tracking device capable of shielding X-rays, installed in an X-ray generating unit of X-ray equipment radiating X-rays towards a targeted patient. The present invention comprises: a frame having a penetration hole for the X-rays, emitted from the X-ray generating unit, to pass through a light radiating unit for radiating guiding lights to display the range or the radiating position of the X-rays on the body of a patient, installed on the frame and a shielding member for shielding X-rays radiated towards the inner side of the frame to limit the range of X-rays, installed to cover the inner side of the frame. By this composition, the present invention can save time and reduce efforts since a person in charge can easily identify the direction and range of X-rays as the light radiating unit radiates guiding lights towards the radiating direction of X-rays.
