CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains rice plant stem cell extract as an active ingredient. The rice plant stem cells are undifferentiated cells derived from Oryza sativa L. leaves, stems, seeds, and roots. The rice plant stem cells are prepared using Oryza sativa L.-derived callus(deposit number KCTC 11760BP). The extract is prepared from rice plant stem cells using phosphate buffer solution, water, ethanol, or a mixture thereof.
