PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions not only usable safely due to natural origin but also having higher antiglycation action than conventional ones.SOLUTION: The composition of the present invention contains green leaf and/or green stem, and at least one kind of flower part selected from Prunus persica, Punica granatum, Rosa, Prunus, Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Carthamus tinctorius. Preferably, the green leaf and/or green stem is at least one kind of leaf and/or stem selected from Ipomoea batatas and Hordeum vulgare.
