PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel applications of Paliurus ramosissimus and extract thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a drug application of bidirectional immunomodulatory action of Paliurus ramosissimus and extract thereof which can treat anti-fibrosis, antifungal activity, antitumor activity, inflammations or/and ulcers of the oral cavity and digestive tract. Paliurus ramosissimus can use whole Paliurus ramosissimus or a part thereof, and preferably any part of a root, stem, leaf, flower, and fruit, or a mixture thereof is used as a medicinal part.
