PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing alternative food having similar texture to an egg burned article such as scrambled eggs or omelet without using eggs, and a method for manufacturing an egg burned product-like food with same level of simplicity as the case using eggs.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an egg burned product-like food having similar texture to an egg burned product by mixing a raw material containing adequate amount of soybean protein and oxidized starch with water and burning them with a frying pan or the like.
