The present invention relates to a method for preparing a mixed sugar extraction and fermentation composition using mixed fructose, and more specifically, to a mixed sugar extraction and fermentation composition using mixed fructose and a method for preparing the same, wherein the mixed sugar extraction and fermentation composition is prepared by extracting respective sugar extraction and fermentation liquids from plant tissues of Salicornia herbacea and Japanese apricot in mixture with Portulaca oleracea and Artemisia annua (using only young leaves of Artemisia annua) in the ambience in which mixed sucrose (fruit juice) is treated with an enzyme when fermentation is conducted in order to extract the respective sugar extraction and fermentation liquids; mixing all of the extracted sugar extraction and fermentation liquids; aging the mixture for a predetermined period of time; and then adding propolis as a natural antibiotic.본 발명은 혼합과당을 이용한 혼합설탕추출발효조성물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 쇠비름, 개똥쑥(개똥쑥의 어린 잎만을 사용) 배합하여 , 함초, 매실의 식물조직으로부터 각각의 설탕추출발효액을 추출하기 위하여 발효시킬 때에 혼합과당(과실즙)을 효소로 처리된 분위기 내에서 각각의 설탕추출발효액을 추출한후, 추출된 각각의 설탕추출발효액을 모두 혼합하여 일정기간 숙성시킨 후에 적정량의 천연 항생제인 프로폴리스를 첨가하여 혼합설탕추출발효조성물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로하는 혼합과당을 이용한 혼합설탕추출발효조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
