The present invention provides a method for making a fomentation enzyme containing Artemisia annua L. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a pre-reinforcement fomentation enzyme making step (a) of including a step of mixing wild grass, sugar, yeast, and purified water as raw materials and a fermentation step； a fomentation medium activation step (b) of including a step of mixing a pre-reinforcement fomentation enzyme with a plurality of fomentation media and a fomentation medium temperature increasing step； a fomentation medium selection step (c) of selecting a fomentation medium representing the highest temperature among the activated fomentation media of the step (b)； a step (d) of mixing a filtrate of the fomentation medium selected in the step (c) with wild grass, sugar, yeast, and purified water and fermenting the mixture to make a post-reinforcement fomentation enzyme； and a step (e) of repetitively performing the steps (b) to (d) to make a fomentation enzyme. Accordingly, when a fomentation medium is activated by the fomentation enzyme of the present invention, the highest temperature of the fomentation medium can be increased at 75°C or more and an average temperature of the fomentation medium can be maintained at 50 to 55°C for four hours.본 발명은 다음의 단계를 포함하는 찜질용 효소 제조방법을 제공한다: (a) 산야초, 설탕, 효모 및 정제수를 원료를 혼합하는 단계 및 발효 단계를 포함하는 강화 전 찜질용 효소 제조단계； (b) 상기 강화 전 찜질용 효소를 복수의 찜질매질과 혼합하는 단계 및 찜질매질 온도 상승 단계를 포함하는 찜질매질 활성화 단계； (c) 상기 단계 (b)의 활성화된 찜질매질들 중 가장 높은 온도를 나타내는 찜질매질을 선택하는 찜질매질 선택 단계； (d) 상기 단계 (c)의 선택된 찜질매질의 여액을 산야초, 설탕, 효모 및 정제수와 혼합 후, 발효하여 강화 후 찜질용 효소를 제조하는 단계； 및 (e) 상기 (b) 단계 내지 (d) 단계를 반복하여 찜질용 효소를 제조하는 단계. 본 발명의 방법으로 제조한 찜질용 효소를 이용하여 찜질용 매질을 활성화시킬 경우 찜질매질의 최고 온도를 섭씨 75도 이상으로 승온시킬 수 있는 것은 물론, 찜질매질의 4시간 동안 평균 온도를 섭씨 50-55도로 유지할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
