The present invention relates to a steaming device for manufacturing red ginsengs and, more specifically, to a steaming device for manufacturing red ginsengs capable of producing red ginsengs of a high quality by pumping water stored in a water tank, heating and evaporating the water by a heat exchanger, diffusing radiation heat with a curved thermal diffusion plate when the heat is supplied to the inside of a steam tank to uniformly transmit heat to fresh ginsengs placed on wicker trays； and efficiently steaming the fresh ginsengs. The described characteristics of the present invention can be achieved by the steaming device for manufacturing red ginsengs which includes inner wicker trays (20) of multiple rows； a steaming tank (10) with a water tank (30) on the lower side； a supply pipe (40) of which one end is connected to the water tank (30) and which supplies steam to the inside of the steaming tank (10) via a pump； jetting pipes (41) which are joined to the supplying pipe (40) in multiple rows and which jet steam via nozzles (41a)； and a heat exchanger (50) which is connected to a central portion of the supplying pipe (40) and which includes a heating pipe (51) which is spirally wound and heated by a heater (52) and which evaporates the water. The steaming device for manufacturing red ginsengs can steam fresh ginsengs placed on the wicker trays (20).본 발명은 홍삼 제조용 증숙장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 수조에 저장된 용수를 펌핑하여 열교환기에서 가열 및 증발시키고, 증숙탱크의 내부로 공급하면 곡면형 열 확산판이 복사열을 확산하여 채반에 놓여진 수삼들에 고르게 전달되도록 구성하여 효율적인 증숙작업이 이루어져 고품질을 홍삼을 제조할 수 있도록 한 증숙장치에 관한 것이다.전술한 본 발명의 특징은, 내부에 채반(20)들이 다단으로 설치되고, 하부에는 수조(30)가 장착된 증숙탱크(10)； 상기 수조(30)에 그 일단이 접속되어 펌프(31)를 통해 증숙탱크(10) 내부로 증기를 공급하는 공급관(40)； 상기 공급관(40)에 다단으로 접속되어 노즐(41a)을 통해 증기를 분무하는 분사관(41)； 상기 공급관(40)의 중앙부에 접속되며, 나선형으로 권회된 히팅파이프(51)가 히터(52)에 의하여 가열되어 용수(用手)를 증발시키는 열교환기(50)로 구성되어 채반(20)에 놓여진 수삼을 증숙시킬 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 홍삼 제조용 증숙장치에 의하여 달성될 수 있는 것이다.
