The invention relates to an inoculation method for reduction solution of mycelium of mushrooms. It comprises step 1: preparing liquid-state culture and expanding the cultivation of mycelium of liquid-state culture step 2: removing clear liquid on liquid-state culture medium to reserve the mycelial block formed by the mycelium step 3: suspending the mycelial block with liquid to be as the reduction solution of mycelium and step 4: implanting the reduction solution of mycelium in the solid-state culture medium. Upstream suppliers prepare the mycelial blocks to provide downstream suppliers to prepare the reduction solution of mycelium, and the reduction solution of mycelium is inoculated in the solid-state culture medium to be used, thus for downstream suppliers, the process for the mushroom cultivation can be simplified, the costs for the required equipments can be reduced and the success rate for the mushroom cultivation can be improved.本發明係有關於一種菇類之菌絲體還原液接種方法,係包括有步驟一:液態菌種製備與擴大培養該液態菌種之菌絲體;步驟二:移除液態培養基質上清液以保留該菌絲體所形成之菌絲塊;步驟三:以液體懸浮該菌絲塊以作為菌絲體還原液;以及步驟四:植入該菌絲體還原液於固態培養基質;藉由上游業者製備該菌絲塊提供下游業者製備該菌絲體還原液並接種於欲使用之固態培養基質可簡化下游業者菇類種植之流程、減少下游業者所需設備上的花費並且提高菇類種植的成功率。(S1)...步驟一(S2)...步驟二(S3)...步驟三(S4)...步驟四
