The coffee grinding method according to claim 1, characterized in that the particles of the raw material of roasted coffee and instant coffee are mixed together before being introduced into the grinding chamber. The coffee grinding method according to claim 1, characterized in that the particles of the raw material of roasted coffee and instant coffee are introduced separately into the grinding chamber. The method of grinding coffee according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the particles of the source material of roasted coffee in stage a) are characterized by a temperature of from 5 to 30 ° C. 5.
