PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort food containing a high-quality egg processed product having a good bond of an egg, puffy and voluminous feeling, and a texture with springiness and softness.SOLUTION: A retort food contains an egg processed product which is obtained by heat-coagulating a strip-like egg dry matter made by swelling and drying eggs with microwaves, an egg liquid, a thickening material and water in a mixed state.
