PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently apply a stimulation electric current along a meridian flow using an electric signal and capable of applying an appropriate stimulation.SOLUTION: A stationary electrode device D2 is fixed to a patient so as to connect, for example, a meridian flow K1, and a moving electrode device D1 to be moved on a patient body surface along the meridian flow K1 is used. A moving electrode 10 in the moving electrode device D1 includes an electrode body 11 as a contact portion in contact with the patient body surface, having an elongated rod shape.
