PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the handling of a sanitary sheet while preventing the direct contact of a suction cup with a patients body surface by using a sanitary sheet.
SOLUTION: The suction cup D sucked by a suction pump P is disposed with an electrode 10 to be connected to an electric signal generation means U, in its inside. A disposable sanitary sheet S having air permeability and water-absorptivity is used between the suction cup D and the patients body surface K. The sanitary sheet S is set to a dimension capable of wholly covering at least the opening side of the suction cup D including the peripheral edge part of the suction cup D. The suction pump P continuously sucks the interior of the suction cup, so that the suction cup D is fixed to the patients body surface K via the sanitary sheet S and the electric signal from the electric signal generation means U is transmitted from the electrode 10 to the patients body surface K via the sanitary sheet S.
