PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently apply an electric signal from a range of large area to a patients body surface without requiring large cost increase while securing sufficient elastic deformation of a cup body and preferable contact with the patients body surface.SOLUTION: In a cup body 1 are sequentially disposed an electrode 10, a conductive sheet 40 in a cloth state, for example, made using conductive fiber, and an elastic member 30 that is to be wetted by using conductive liquid and brought into contact with a patients body surface. Area of each of the elastic member 30 and the conductive sheet 40 is made to be larger than that of the electrode 10.
