PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body surface-mounted electrode that can stably maintain a humidity of a skin surface with which an electrode body comes in contact, in a moderately high state, and to provide a biological signal measurement method using the living body surface-mounted electrode and a biological signal measuring device including the living body surface-mounted electrode.SOLUTION: [1] A body surface-mounted electrode includes an electrode body 1 having water permeability, and a high polymer gel 2 impregnated with liquid and covering at least a portion of the electrode body. [2] A body surface-mounted electrode includes a protecting sheet 3 covering the high polymer gel. [3] A body surface-mounted electrode includes an electrode body having water permeability, and the electrode body is impregnated with water, glycerol or ionic liquid. [4] A body surface-mounted electrode has a conductive polymer used as a material constituting the electrode body.
