To provide a breeding feed for seafood which is cultured by Aspergillus oryzae by mixing processing residue of brown algae and brown algae and rice bran discharged in rice polishing.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to mix rice ban to brown algae and processing residue of the brown algae, then heat sterilize the mixture and culture the mixture by Aspergillus oryzae for acquiring a fungus culture object. Then, sodium carbonate, citric acid and water are added to the mixture of the brown algae, processing residue of the brown algae and rice bran and the mixture are boiled and radiationally cooled, then above-mentioned fungus culture object and sodium alginate are added to the mixture and the mixture is agitated.
