PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush cutter that easily and efficiently carries out removal operations of weeds on a fence, wall surface, etc., without changing reaping blades.SOLUTION: The brush cutter includes blade press metal fittings 18, as a base 32, which sandwich a reaping blade 15 between a blade receiving metal fitting 17 attached to an output shaft 14 and the blade press metal fitting. Three wires 33a, 33b and 33c are fixed to a fixation face 32a facing the other side of the reaping blade 15 of the base 32. Both ends of each of the wires 33a, 33b and 33c are fixed to positions of point symmetry around the output shaft 14 as a center and the wires 33a, 33b and 33c are mutually shifted at equal intervals in the peripheral direction and arranged.
