PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mowing blade that enables taking in/out of a cord easily and accurately, and furthermore maintains sharpness for a long time, in the mowing blade for a bush cutter having both of a metal blade and the mowing blade made by the resin cord.SOLUTION: A mowing blade for a bush cutter includes a body plate, a reel 4 provided in the body plate, two resin cord-made mowing blades 2 being wound around the reel, cord guides 3 for detachably fixing the resin cord-made mowing blade in the body plate, and two metallic mowing blades 9 provided so as to project from the body plate to the outside. The mowing blade for the bush cutter is characterized in that the resin cord-made mowing blade is fixed in the cord guide so as to project from the most outer circumferential diameter of the metallic mowing blade to the outside.
