PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic system whose operability is free from the influences of external environment such as the brightness of X-ray irradiation room, etc. and the systems X-ray irradiation area can be set up by a simple operation.SOLUTION: The X-ray image diagnostic system includes an X-ray source to irradiate a subject with X-rays, a movable X-ray aperture to restrict the X-ray irradiation area, an X-ray flat panel detector placed opposite to the X-ray source to detect the X-ray having penetrated the subject, a movable X-ray aperture range setting means arranged at the side opposite to the X-ray incidence plane of the X-ray flat panel detector, and a controller making cable or wireless communications with movable X-ray aperture range setting means or movable X-ray aperture to perform various controls, wherein the moving X-ray aperture range setting means can obtain the two-dimensional positional information of at least the places touched by the operator to control the X-ray aperture vane positions and set appropriate X-ray irradiation area on the basis of this positional information.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 部屋の明るさなどの外部環境に操作性が影響を受けず、簡単な操作でX線を照射する領域の設定が可能な、X線画像診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】 X線を被検体に照射するX線源と、X線の照射領域を制限するX線可動絞りと、X線源と対向配置された被検体の透過X線を検出するX線平面検出器と、X線平面検出器のX線入射面と反対側に配置されたX線可動絞り範囲設定手段と、X線可動絞り範囲設定手段とX線可動絞りと有線もしくは無線にて通信を行い各種制御を行なう制御装置を備えたX線画像診断装置であり、前記X線可動絞り範囲設定手段は少なくとも操作者に触られた場所の2次元の位置情報を得ることが可能であり、この位置情報を元に前記X線可動絞りの羽根の位置を制御し、適切なX線照射領域を設定する。【選択図】 図1
