PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of a liquid phase component of basic skin care products aiming at application to organic cosmetic products not using chemically synthesized substances but using metabolic, fermenting, and nutrient disintegrating actions as functions inherent to microorganisms.
SOLUTION: The process includes a first cultivation stage of inoculating actinomycetes, Koji molds and yeasts to an organic culture medium prepared by mixing 5 kg of rice bran, 5 kg of corn powder, 2 kg of chitosan powder, 1 kg of germ and 1 kg of molasses per 100 kg of volcanic crushed sedimentary soil, and having a moisture content thereof controlled to 25-30%, thereafter exposing the medium to air under stirring while setting a fermentation temperature to 28-30°C to cultivate spawns, in which the medium is granulated during the stirring, and a second cultivation stage of preparing a medium composition same as that in the first cultivation using spring water as an aqueous solution for the second cultivation, exposing the medium to oxygen continuously for 48 hr while heating the solution to a temperature of 30-35°C, and then carrying out a filtration sterilization treatment, further exposing the same to oxygen while circulating oxygen at 30-35°C for 5-7 days, and carrying out a filtration sterilization treatment again, followed by resterilization by treatment with ozone at 60 ppm per min.
