PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbial strain, composition, and method for use thereof to prevent, inhibit, or treat the development of plant pathogens or phytopathogenic diseases and to enhance the growth and/or yield of a plant.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there are provided a non-natural plant and a derivative thereof, which is a corn plant or a wheat plant and artificially infected with a microbial strain. Here, the typical microorganisms include cell strains of Pantoea agglomerans, Bacillus thuringiensis, Parkholderia metallica, Parkholderia vetonamiensis, etc. selected from bacteria belonging to the genus Bacillus, Burkholderia, Herbuspirilum, Pantoea, and Pedobacter.
