PURPOSE: A novel bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36 and a composition comprising thereof for controlling plant pathogens are provided to expand antagonistic effect on fungal virus and improve control effect on green and green molds of fruits. CONSTITUTION: A novel bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36 has antagonistic effect on phytopathogen. The strain shows excellent antagonistic effect on pathogen which generates diseases in fruits. The fruits include tangerine, pear, and apple. A phytopathogen natural antagonistic material can be obtained by separating from culture fluid of the bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36(deposit number: KACC 91582P) strain. A manufacturing method of the natural antagonistic material comprises the following steps: forming culture fluid by culturing bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36(deposit number : KACC 91582P) strain； removing the strain from the culture fluid； and extracting protein by processing the extraction solvent in the culture fluid which strain is removed.
