PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a Benifuuki tea beverage in which methylated catechin is contained as well as the flavor is excellent and tea dregs seldom occur with refined tea or unrefined tea of Benifuuki as raw material.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for manufacturing Benifuuki tea beverage 7 comprising mixing 1 pt.wt. of Benifuuki tea paste obtained by making a finished tea which is obtained by re-manufacture-processing Benifuuki unrefined tea into powder or fine powder 11, adding water and heating 5 under pressure, and 4 to 6 pt.wt. of Benifuuki tea extract obtained by adding water to a finished tea which is obtained by re-manufacture-processing Benifuuki unrefined tea by firing at higher temperature than the firing temperature by the re-manufacture-processing of the unrefined tea for the Benifuuki tea paste, and grinding the same, heating 5 under pressure, and subjecting the heated material to solid-liquid separation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
