PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide PET bottle filled rice and its filling method for solving problems in which consumption of rice is decreased by the trend toward the nuclear family and diversification of meals, a bag packing product of tens of kg is stored in a rice dispenser at home, and properly subdivided for use in a conventional circulation of rice, however the prolongation of preservation by small consumption makes oxidation advance to degrade taste and accelerate rice away, particularly, popular and tasty Japonica species have amylose contents lower in comparison with normal rice, and therefore are easily affected by moisture absorption blocking to thereby provide trouble in bottle drawing.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: Rice is filled in a general square PET bottle along with dry nitrogen in order to enable small consumption and physical distribution, and it is stored in a refrigerator bottle case, and thereby taste deterioration is prevented and the small consumption is expanded. The filling of brand rice superior in taste and having low amylose is further provided with sachets such as desiccant and an oxidation inhibitor in order to prevent intra-refrigerator dew condensation, etc. The PET bottle with an ultraviolet ray prevention agent previously contained in a bottle body or a bandage film is used in order to prevent intra-refrigerator ultraviolet degradation. It is effective even for the vermination prevention of small circulation such as low pesticide brown rice.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】核家族化と食事の多様化により米の消費量が落ちている。従来の米の流通は数十kgの袋詰め商品を家庭内で米びつ等に保管し、適宜小分けして使用するが、少量消費による保存の長期化は酸化を進ませ食味を落とし、米離れを加速している。特に人気のある食味の良いジャポニカ種は、普通米に比べアミロース含量が低いので、吸湿ブロッキングしやすく、ボトル取り出しに支障を与える。【課題を解決する手段】小口消費と物流を可能とするため、汎用の角型ペットボトルに乾燥窒素と共に米を充填して、冷蔵庫ボトル入れに保管することで、食味劣化を防ぎ、小口消費の拡大を図る。食味の優れるアミロースの低いブランド米の充填は、庫内結露等を防ぐため、更に乾燥剤、酸化防止剤等の小袋を入れておく。庫内の紫外線劣化を防ぐために、ボトル本体、若しくは包帯フィルムに紫外線防止剤を予め含有させたペットボトルを使用する。低農薬玄米等の小口流通の害虫発生予防にも効果的である。【選択図】なし
