PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remover capable of efficiently and easily removing NOx and a method for removing NOx using the remover.SOLUTION: There are provided: an NOx remover containing abietadiene and/or sesquiterpene hydrocarbon as an effective component and a method for removing NOx in the atmosphere in which the NOx remover and an atmosphere containing NOx are brought into contact with each other.
