Curcumin was extracted from one kind of Zingiber herbal plant and used to improve the sperm functions in male. The extraction of curcumin was prepared as following: First of all, to prepare the powder of curcumin. Second, curcumin powder was dissolved in ethanol solutions to form the curcumin stock solution and then the deionized water was added into the curcumin stock solution to get the curcumin final solutions.
