PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure that sufficiently secures a footrest space and a foot drawing back space of a rear seat occupant while eliminating a sense of distance between an occupant of a front seat and a care receiver on a wheelchair.SOLUTION: The vehicle 1 includes: a floor 10 a front seat 20 arranged on the floor 10 a rear seat 30 arranged at the rear side of the front seat 20 on the floor 10 and an electric winch 40 arranged between the floor 10 and the front seat 20. A recess 10a is formed between the front seat 20 and the rear seat 30 on the floor 10. The rear seat 30 can be stored in the recess 10a.
