PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair with reduced possibility of a foot falling out from a gap of the left and right foot plates.SOLUTION: The wheelchair includes: driving wheels 3； a pair of side frames 1 which freely rotatably connect the driving wheels 3 in the outer side； a foot placing arm 41 which is tiltably connected to an arm tilting axle 43 installed in the outer side of each of the pair of side frames 1 and in front from the driving wheels 3 and which is switchable to an arm extended position and an arm folded position； and a foot placing plate 42 which is connected to the tip end of each foot placing arm 41 and which can place a foot on the upper face.
