PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such programs that a chair with wheels such as a wheelchair and a baby carrier occupies a very large space and gives large influence to getting on and off and moving in a car of a surrounding passengers, there is a few placing spaces and a few trains where placing spaces are arranged exclusively for the wheelchair or the baby carrier, and it have been very disadvantage to use them, although the chair with wheels is stopped in a vacant space in front of the seat of a train or the space exclusively for the chair with the wheels are used when infants or adults who hardly walk use the chair with wheels in a public transport facility such as the train when going out.SOLUTION: The height of the seat part of the chair with wheels is set in a position higher than the seat of the train and the size and shape of the rear wheels and the frame supporting the same are changed thereby they can be received in the upper and lower spaces of the seat of the train, because the conventional chair with the wheels has a structure in which the height of the seat part has a height equal to the seat of the train or lower and the rear wheels and the frame supporting the same of the chair with the wheels come into contact with the seat of the train.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、乳幼児や歩行困難な成人などが外出時に車輪付き椅子、いわゆる乳母車や車いすで電車などの公共交通機関を利用する場合、電車のシートの前などの空きスペースに停止させているか、車いすや乳母車専用スペースを利用していた。しかし、車輪付き椅子が多大なペースを占め、周囲の乗客の乗降と車内の移動に大きな影響を与えていた。また、車いすや乳母車専用スペースの設置場所や設置した電車は少なく、利用するのが大変不便だった。【解決手段】従来の車輪付き椅子は座席部の高さが電車のシートと同じ高さかそれより低いこと、及び、車輪付き椅子の後輪とそれを支えるフレームが電車のシートと接触する構造となっていたため、車輪付き椅子の座席部の高さを電車のシートより高い位置に設置し、後輪とそれを支えるフレームのサイズと形状を変え、電車のシートの上下に収まるようにした。【選択図】 図1
