PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a wheelchair bicycle gives impact on a body due to an uneven traveling surface since wheels are directly mounted on a seat frame, gives an uncomfortable ride to make a passenger sick, and causes heavy steering operation.SOLUTION: A wheelchair bicycle includes: a front side wheel shaft (2) which pivotally supports a pair of front side wheels (1) disposed on both sides to be separated from each other in such a manner to individually and freely rotate forward and reversely and keeps between the front side wheels (1) a pair of shaft bearings (7) disposed and mounted on both sides of the front side wheel shaft (2) to be separated from each other a guide rod (9) attached to the shaft bearing (7) a spring (10) fitted to the guide rod (9) and a seat receiver (8) attached to both sides of a seat (11), and can travel as a driver steps on a pedal while a passenger is seated on the seat (11). In the wheelchair bicycle, a support bearing (3) is mounted in the center of the front side wheel shaft (2), bearings (18) are provided on upper and lower parts of the support bearing (3) so as to set a main frame (5), and a support shaft (6) is inserted into the support bearing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 車椅子自転車は車輪が座席フレームに直接取付けられているため、走行面の凸凹により体に衝撃を受け、乗り心地が悪く体調を崩したりハンドル操作が重いなどの問題があった。【解決の手段】両側に離間して配置した一対の前側車輪(1)をそれぞれ単独に正逆回転自在に軸支して前側車輪(1)間を保持する前側車輪軸(2)とその前側車輪軸(2)の両側に離間して配置した一対の軸受け(7)を装着し、前記軸受け(7)に取付けられるガイドロッド(9)とそのガイドロッド(9)に外挿されるバネ(10)と座席(11)の両側に取付けられる座席受け(8)を備え、前記座席(11)に添乗者を乗せた状態で、運転者がペダルを踏み込むことで走行可能とした車椅子自転車であって、前側車輪軸(2)の中央に支持軸受け(3)が取付けられ、前記支持軸受け(3)に主フレーム(5)がセットされるようにベアリング(18)が上下に備えられ、支持軸(6)が挿入された車椅子自転車。【選択図】図6
