PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standup assisting tool capable of assisting a standing action of a caretaker quickly in accordance with the timing at which a cared person tries to stand up.SOLUTION: A standup assisting tool, which assists a standing action of a cared person when the cared person stands up from a seated state, comprises: an inner bag 20, in which a seat side inner bag 22 and a foot side inner bag 24 which are made of sheet bodies 21 are connected by a connection part 26 and to which an air valve 28 is attached and an outer bag 30 including a seat side inner bag accommodation part 32 for accommodating the seat side inner bag 22, and a foot side inner bag housing part 34 for accommodating the foot side inner bag 24.
