At least one item selected from the group consisting of geraniol, methyl salicylate, [beta]-damascenone, benzaldehyde, decanoic acid, lauric acid, butyric acid, octanoic acid, and palmitic acid is added to the beverage.本發明之課題為：於含有沉香醇之pH為4.0~7.0的無色透明飲料中，將減輕飲用時所感受到之舌頭的粗糙作為目的。本發明之解決手段為：將選自由香葉醇、水楊酸甲酯、β-突厥烯酮(β-damascenone)、苯甲醛、癸酸、月桂酸、丁酸、辛酸及棕櫚酸所成群組中的至少一種調配於飲料。
