PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smooth tongue movement bar that can make it easy to perform vocalization training by a free tongue movement through a space part formed of a tongue motion part.SOLUTION: A smooth tongue movement bar 1 includes a biting body 2 comprising biting parts 2a of a biting thickness and a length enabling vocalization training while being held in a mouth sideways and pinched with left and right back teeth, inside non-biting parts 2b for connecting the left and right biting parts 2a, and outside non-biting parts 2 s formed outside the biting parts 2a.
