The present invention relates to a title ethanol of between 85 ° and 99 °, and comprising a Hydroxy-Alkyl-Cellulose, the dosage of Hydroxy-Alkyl-Cellulose being limited so as to obtain a dynamic viscosity of less than 100 PA-s. The present invention also relates to the use of such an ethanol as a fuel for cooking a food, or a part of a food, in particular to safely achieve said cooking in the immediate vicinity of the person to which is intended said food, so use cooking as a show.
