PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which enables the selection of a normal temperature sterilization method and a high-pressure steam sterilization method with one unit according to the presence of heat resistance of an object undergoing the sterilization treatment by guiding a high-pressure steam into a strilization chamber in a sterilization gas permeation device using a sterilization gas.
SOLUTION: The sterilization gas permeation device which has the sterilization chamber 1 for housing an object undergoing the sterilization treatment and a mechanism which makes the sterilization gas permeate into a poorly gas-permeable object is provided with a mechanism which enables the guiding of the high-pressure steam into the sterilization chamber 1.
