PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus capable of accurately measuring a pulse together with a blood pressure value over a long period of time while suppressing burdens on a subject.SOLUTION: This measuring apparatus includes: an air bag 13 for measurement to be mounted on a measuring part a pressure sensor 23 for measuring internal pressure of the air bag 13 a sensor 30 for detecting pulse waves a pressurizing mechanism 8 for pressing the sensor 30 in a range, of the measuring part, narrower than the air bag 13 including a part right above the artery and an arithmetic unit 40 connected to both sensors 23 and 30, for calculating blood pressure and a pulse on the basis of the output values thereof. The arithmetic unit 40 performs control of releasing pressurization by the pressurizing mechanism and increasing and decreasing the internal pressure of the air bag 13 when measuring the blood pressure, and releases pressurization of the air bag 13 and maintains pressurizing force by the pressurizing mechanism 8 at prescribed pressurizing force when measuring a pulse at the time other than the time of measuring the blood pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】被験者の負担を抑えつつ、精度よく血圧値と共に脈拍を長期にわたって測定することができる測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】測定部位に装着するための測定用の空気袋13と、空気袋13の内圧を測定するための圧力センサ23と、脈波を検出するためのセンサ30と、センサ30を測定部位のうちの動脈直上を含んだ、空気袋13よりも狭い範囲に押し付けるための押圧機構8と、両センサ23,30に接続され、それらの出力値に基づいて血圧および脈拍を算出するための演算装置40とを備える。演算装置40は、血圧測定時には押圧機構での押圧を解除して空気袋13の内圧を加減圧する制御を実行し、血圧測定時以外の脈拍測定時には空気袋13の加圧を解除して押圧機構8での押圧力を所定の押圧力に維持する。【選択図】図1
