PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring a blood pressure information, which can obtain highly accurate blood pressure information.SOLUTION: An arm belt 9 provided on the measuring apparatus includes an air bag 13A on the peripheral side, an air bag 13B on the center side, and an air bag 13C positioned in the middle. When measuring a blood pressure, the air bags 13A-13C integrally behave and the blood pressure is measured from the internal pressure change. When measuring a pulse wave, the internal pressure of the air bag 13A is maintained at or above the highest blood pressure and avascularization of a measuring part is carried out. The internal pressure of the air bag 13B is maintained at a pressure around a blood pressure value, and the pulse wave is measured from the internal pressure change. The internal pressure of the air bag 13C is opened to the atmospheric pressure, and the vibration of the air bag 13A which is noise is prevented from being propagated to the air bag 13B for measurement.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】精度の高い血圧情報を得られる血圧情報測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】測定装置に備えられる腕帯9には、末梢側の空気袋13A、中枢側の空気袋13B、およびその中間に位置する空気袋13Cが備えられる。血圧測定時には、空気袋13A~13Cが一体となって挙動し、その内圧変化から血圧が測定される。脈波測定時には、空気袋13Aの内圧が最高血圧以上に維持されて、測定部位を駆血する。空気袋13Bの内圧は血圧値付近の圧力に維持されて、その内圧変化から脈波が測定される。空気袋13Cの内圧は大気圧に開放され、測定用の空気袋13Bに対して、ノイズである空気袋13Aの振動が伝播することを防ぐ。【選択図】図2
