The present invention relates to a technique of whitening a tooth using plasma, in which atmospheric pressure plasma is generated by supplying plasma discharge gas such as air to react with the surface of a porous tooth, such that a great quantity of active oxygen is supplied to rapidly burn a color causing-material and blow products of combustion, thereby performing a tooth whitening operation.
