The present invention relates to a coupling structure between a coil spring PDO and a needle tube, which is capable of maximizing lifting effects. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the coupling structure between a coil spring PDO and a needle tube comprises a suture inserted into a body and made of polydioxanone to provide properties adsorbed in the body and a thread inserter having the suture coupled thereto. The thread inserter comprises: the needle tube coupled to the suture and inserted into a body； a needle device inserting and fixing the needle tube thereto and functioning as a grip during operation； and a needle guide coupled to the front end of the needle device to easily insert the suture into a body and including an auxiliary needle tube.
