The present invention relates to a surgical procedure tool for inserting a suture into the skin. More specifically, a tool for inserting a suture into the skin is produced by precisely designing a needle pipe, a top end hole of the needle pipe, a suture length hanging down at the inside and outside of the needle pipe, and the position of a fixing member for the suture which are components of the tool for effectively inserting the suture into the skin. Accordingly, the feasibility of a suture inserting procedure can be improved. The length of the suture hanging down at the outside of the needle pipe is the same as or longer than the length of the suture hanging down at the inside of the needle pipe, so that a user can discern how much the suture hanging down at the inside of the needle pipe actually inserted into the skin is inserted through the remaining length of the suture hanging down at the outside of the needle pipe. Accordingly, compared to an existing situation in which a user depends on his/her intuition for the length of a suture in a skin appropriate part, a user can see the suture with his/her naked eye, so that the accuracy of the procedure can be improved. The fixing member of the suture is inserted in and fixed to the needle pipe in which the suture is inserted, so that the suture hanging down at the inside and outside of the needle pipe can be fixed, and the fixed position of the fixing member of the suture can be adjusted. Compared to existing imbedded needles, both ends of the suture are taken out through top end holes formed in the needle pipe, so that a user can, to some degree, discern how much the suture is inserted into the skin with his/her naked eye.
