PURPOSE: A method for inserting medical sutures into a tube type needle and a tube type needle unit with the medical sutures are provided to minimize damage to a human body by inserting the medical sutures into the human body in one needle pricking process. CONSTITUTION: A suture(10) has protrusions with different directivities. A folded part is formed by folding the suture and the directivities of the protrusions of the suture coincide with each other. The folded part of the suture is inserted into a tube type needle(20) and then the remaining part of the suture is continuously inserted into the tube type needle.본 발명은 다줄의 의료용 봉합사를 튜브형 바늘 내에 장착하는 방법 및 다줄의 의료용 봉합사가 장착된 튜브형 바늘에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 다줄의 의료용 봉합사를 튜브형 바늘 내에 장착하는 방법으로서,(a) 어느 한 부분을 중심으로 하여 상기 어느 한 부분의 양쪽으로 서로 다른 방향성을 가지는 돌기를 형성하여 봉합사를 제작하는 단계；(b) 상기 봉합사의 어느 한 부분을 기준으로 봉합사를 접어서 접힌 부분을 형성하고 봉합사의 돌기의 방향성을 서로 일치시키는 단계； 및(c) 상기 봉합사의 접힌 부분부터 튜브형 바늘 내에 삽입하여 봉합사의 나머지 부분이 튜브형 바늘 내에 연속적으로 따라 들어가게 하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다줄의 의료용 봉합사를 튜브형 바늘 내에 장착하는 방법에 대한 것이다.
