The present invention provides a method for producing a snack including a bean culturing mushroom, and a snack including a bean culturing mushroom produced through the method. The method comprises: (a) a step of soaking beans, washing the same by purified water, and sterilizing the same at 100-130°;C; (b) a step of collecting the sterilized beans, leaving the same at room temperature, and removing moisture therefrom; (c) a step of obtaining a bean culturing mushroom mixture which is a mixture of a bean culturing mushroom and beans by inoculating a bean culturing mushroom starter strain into the beans having moisture removed therefrom and by culturing the same at humidity of 65 to 75 RH and temperature of 25 to 35°;C for 24 to 36 hours; (d) a pulverizing step of obtaining a pulverized mixture by pulverizing the bean culturing mushroom mixture; (e) producing a dough by mixing a component including 10-30 wt% of the pulverized mixture, 50-70 wt% of flour, glutinous rice powder, and a mixture thereof, 4-20 wt% of margarine, 5-20 wt% of sugar, 2-5 wt% of yeast, 0.1-0.5wt% of refined salt, and 8-20 wt% of water, and by fermenting the component at 20-30°;C; and (f) molding and baking or frying the fermented dough.
