The present invention relates to a cheese snack and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing a cheese snack includes: a step for forming a cake by mixing cheese ingredients; a first freeze-drying step for freeze-drying the cake to make the cake into an easily-cut form; a cutting step of cutting the frozen and dried cake into a snack; and a second freeze-drying step for secondly freeze-drying the snack to manufacture a solid snack. More specifically, by manufacturing the cheese cake through the two-stepped freeze-drying process, the shape of the cheese snack can be maintained constantly, while the tissue of the cheese snack can be maintained still in the second freeze-drying step.
