PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing an incision part for an abdominal surgical operation is provided to precisely control the track shape of an effector by controlling the position of each operation unit of the effector using GPS.CONSTITUTION: An operation unit(100) comprises an actuator and a control shaft(30). The actuator rotates a rotary shaft(15) in the inner center of a body(10) and moves the rotary shaft forwardly and backwardly. The control shaft is eccentrically connected to the leading end of the rotary shaft by a hinge. The control shaft is inserted into a central shaft hole(41) of a ball bearing(40) rolling in the front of the rotary shaft. The eccentric rotation and backward and forward movement of the control shaft are controlled according to the rotation and backward and forward movement of the rotary shaft.
