PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform implantation to a bone without peeling a coating film formed on a surface.SOLUTION: This bone junction tool 1 includes: a nearly cylindrical fixing member 2 having a hole 2a penetratingly formed in the long direction, and made of a biodegradable material and a tool member 6 having a drilling part 3 disposed on the tip side of the fixing member 2 and boring a hole into the bone in front of the tip, and an operation part 5 disposed on the base end side of the fixing part 2 and operating the drilling part 3.
