PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer fixing tool that can easily and surely perform an operation for fixing a spacer to bones and to provide a spacer with the spacer fixing tool that can easily perform an operation for securing a gap between bones.SOLUTION: There is provided the spacer fixing tool used for fixing the spacer to the bones while the spacer is inserted into the gap between the bones. The spacer fixing tool is composed of a plurality of threads and needle-like members having rigidity higher than that of the threads, which are arranged at least one end of the plurality of threads.
