The present invention relates to a method for generating molecular hydrogen gas by using a method of electrolyzing water and then adding the same to cosmetic water or beverage and generating a part of hydrogen dissolved into a nano-micrometer size as desired, and to a method for manufacturing hydrogenated cosmetic water or functional beverage in a more economical and portable way, thereby providing functional beverage and cosmetic water (cosmetics) made in a DIY (do it yourself) form. More particularly, the present invention relates to a technology including a hydrogen generating device, a gas-selective permeable membrane, a nano-bubble generating device, and an ultrasonic wave irradiator which are intended to be dissolved in the cosmetic water or beverage.본 발명은 물을 전기분해하는 방법을 이용하여 분자수소 가스를 발생시킨 후 화장수나 음용수 속에 첨가하고, 목적하는 바에 따라서 용해된 수소의 일부를 나노-마이크로미터 크기의 버블도 생성시킬 수 있는 방법으로써 보다 경제적이고 휴대 간편한 방법으로 수소화장수나 기능성 음료수를 제조할 수 있는 방법으로 이에 따라 DIY(Do It Yourself)형태로 제조된 기능성음용수나 화장수(품)에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는 화장수나 음용수 내에 용해하고자하는 수소발생장치와 기체선택투과막, 나노버블발생장치 및 초음파 조사기를 포함하는 기술에 관한 것이다.
