PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-containing beverage producible without heat sterilization after filling water-containing water into a container, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a hydrogen-containing beverage 70 subjected to a sterilization step where silver ions are injected into a pout-fitted packaging container 30 obtained by deposition-fixing a cylindrical spout 32 into a flexible bag-shaped container made of a gas barrier sheet to sterilize the inside of the spout-fitted packaging container 30 a silver ion water exhaust step where silver ions stored inside the spout-fitted packaging container 30 is sucked up to exhaust the silver ion water and a hydrogen-containing water filling step where hydrogen-containing water beforehand sterilized or bacteria-eliminated is filled into the spout-fitted packaging container 30 to mount a cap 33.
